This policy explains how Colorado Bible Church handles information collected through our website and giving system.

What we collect

Information you give us directly. When you email or message us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, email, and the content of your message.

Donations. Online gifts are handled by Planning Center Giving and Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We retain the amount, the date, and your name for tax-receipt purposes.

Website usage. Our host collects standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use what you share only to respond to your message, process and acknowledge your gift, send tax receipts, and communicate about the life of the church if you have asked to hear from us. We do not sell, rent, or share donor information with anyone, for any purpose.

Who we share it with

Only the tools required to run a church website and giving system, each operating under its own privacy policy:

• Planning Center — church management and giving
• Stripe — payment processing
• Netlify — website hosting
• OceanDigital - website hosting

Donor confidentiality

We treat individual giving as confidential. Records of who has given and how much are kept only by those with a need to know, per our Financial Controls Policy.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email cobiblechurch@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
